Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

Since all our items are made-to-order—including personalized custom pieces and batch productions tailored specifically for you—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Every order is final.

However, if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly resolve the issue at no cost to you. Please see the "Damages and Issues" section below.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you discover that the item you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, kindly notify us immediately at xiuhuazhuang.couture@gmail.com so that we may assess the issue and address it promptly.

If the error is on our part, we will either remake the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you may have incurred.

Items that are returned to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 

Non‑returnable Items

Because all of our products are custom‑made or produced in batches specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Custom or personalized items

- Any item that is not defective, damaged, or the result of our error

- Sale items or gift cards

Please note that the exceptions described above (e.g., perishable goods, hazardous materials) are not applicable to our product range.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, please be aware that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized—such as our custom‑made products. Therefore, you will not have a 14‑day cooling‑off period for these items. The only circumstances under which a return or refund would be considered are those covered in the "Damages and Issues" section.

 

Refunds (for Issues Caused by Us)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item (if we have asked you to send it back), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
